Led by Michael Scriven (Ph.D.), Western Michigan University provides an Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Evaluation that is based on the concept that the best way to learn evaluation is by doing it and that the best way to develop “thought leaders” in a discipline is by exposing them to the best and brightest minds available. The program features:
- Practice-linked learning in a world-class center of excellence in evaluation
- Almost 30 faculty members from 13 academic departments & The Evaluation Center
- Fully tailored, challenging curriculum
The doctorate is offered by WMU's College of Arts & Sciences, College of Education, College of Engineering & Applied Sciences, and the College of Health & Human Services, in collaboration with The Evaluation Center.
