Derive the purpose for doing the evaluation (m)

This is simply a meeting with the stakeholders to determine their purpose for the evaluation. This meeting should answer the questions:

1. Why does the stakeholder need an evaluation?
2. Who is funding the project and the evaluation?
3. Who are the primary and secondary stakeholders?
4. What impact is the program trying to make?
5. How much money is set aside for evaluation?
6. What are the stakeholders' expectations of the evaluator?
7. How might the stakeholders use the evaluation? That is, what areas of the project are they willing to change?
